The Good Judgment website at www.good-judgment.thinkific.com (the "Site"), any mobile-optimized version, and other contents and services thereof (collectively, the "Service"), are operated by or on behalf of Good Judgment Inc (collectively, "us", "we", "GJ" or the "Company"). The Site allows you to enroll in online training courses offered by us.

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you sign up, view, or use the Service. Irrespective of which country you reside in or supply information from, you authorize GJ to use your information in the United States and/or any country where GJ operates.

1. Information Collection and Use

A. Basic Account Information: When you create or reconfigure an account for the Service, you will be asked to provide personal information including, but not limited to, your name, email address, and your company name.

B. Additional Profile Information: When you sign up, we may request optional, additional information such as whether you are currently active on, or previously participated in, GJ’s online forecasting platform, Good Judgment Open at www.gjoppen.com website (“GJ Open”), and associated questions.

GJ will conduct research on your performance on GJ Open as compared to other users of GJ Open who have not complete the training. Any information on the performance will not be shared with any third party without your consent.

C. Your email address: We may use your email address to send you information about the Service (including notices required by law, in lieu of postal mail). You can control receipt of certain emails from us via settings on the Site. We may use your contact information to send you marketing email messages. If you do not want to receive such messages, you may opt out by following the instructions in the message. If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address, and our responses.

D. Links: We may keep track of how you interact with links on the Service and in email, by redirecting clicks, or through other means.

E. Information Collected Automatically: In providing the Service, we use persistent and session cookies and other tracking technologies to: (i) store your username and password; (ii) analyze the usage of the Service; (iii) customize the Service to your preferences. A persistent cookie remains on your computer after you close your browser so that it can be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Service. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser's directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. You can set your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of the Service may not function properly if you disable cookie functionality.

We also may include clear GIFs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to determine whether the message has been opened. GJ uses the information we collect automatically to analyze how the Service is used, diagnose technical problems with the Service, maintain security, personalize content, remember information to help you efficiently access your account, monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns, and to comply with applicable laws.

2. How We Share Your Information

A. With Your Consent: We may share or disclose your private information with your consent. We will not sell your contact details or share with any other partners and sponsors.

B. Service Providers: We engage service providers to perform functions and provide services, such as analytics services and hosting services, to us in the United States and other countries. We may share your private personal information with such service providers subject to obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures, and on the condition that the third parties use your private personal data only on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions.

C. Business Transfers: In the event that GJ is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. This Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity. We may also disclose information about you to our corporate affiliates in order to help provide, understand, and improve the Service and our affiliates services including delivery of advertisements.

D. Law and Harm: GJ may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect GJ's rights or property.

E. Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We may aggregate and/or anonymize information collected through the Service so that the information does not identify you. We may use aggregated, anonymized, or other non-personally identifiable information for any purpose, including for research and marketing purposes, and our use and disclosure of such information is not subject to any restrictions under this Privacy Policy.

3. How We Protect Your Information

GJ uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to GJ or guarantee that your information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

In the event that personal information is compromised as a result of a breach of security, GJ will promptly notify those persons whose personal information has been compromised as required by applicable law.

4. Your Choices About Your Information

You may decline to submit any requested personally identifiable information through the Service, but as a result GJ may not be able to provide certain features of the Service to you. You may, modify, update, or correct your account information, certain opt-in/opt-out preferences, and email preferences by logging into your account.

5. Children's Privacy

This Site is not intended for use by children under the age of eighteen (18). GJ does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18) or knowingly allow such persons to register with the Service. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under age eighteen (18) without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information.

6. California Privacy Rights

Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83, residents of the State of California have the right to request from companies conducting business in California certain information regarding GJ’s disclosure within the immediately preceding calendar year of that California resident’s personal information to third parties (and in some cases affiliates) for their direct marketing purposes. Alternatively, the law provides that a company may comply, as GJ does, by disclosing in its privacy policy that it provides consumers choice (opt-out or opt-in) regarding sharing personal information with third parties and affiliates for those third parties’ and affiliates’ direct marketing purposes, and information on how to exercise that choice.

At this time, we do not share private, personally identifiable information with third parties or affiliates for those third parties’ or affiliates’ direct marketing purposes. If we do so in the future, GJ will provide you with a choice prior to sharing your private, personally identifiable information with third parties and affiliates for their direct marketing purposes. If you do not opt-in or if you choose to opt-out at the time GJ offers that choice, GJ will not share your information with that identified third party or affiliate for its direct marketing purposes.

7. Links to Other Web Sites

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from the Service, nor the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Service to another website, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including those that have a link on our website, is subject to that website's own rules and policies.

8. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

GJ may revise this Privacy Policy. The most current version of the policy will be available at http://good-judgment.thinkific.com/pages/privacy will govern our use of your information. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via an email to the email address associated with your account or via posting a notice on the Site in advance for a reasonable number of days before the changes take effect. By continuing to access or use the Service after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
